For bank transfer payments you will need the following data:

- Recipient name: HLC SB DISTRIBUTION S.L.
- Account number: ES84 0081 7522 1100 0140 4946 / BSAB ESBB.
- Payer name: Your first and last name.
- Order ID: Your order id.

Once we receive the bank transfer, we will take care of your order and it will be sent in 24 / 48 hours.

Deliverable Countries & Shipping Costs

We deliver to the following countries without customs taxes. There is free shipping for orders over € 500 in the EU (only for wholesalers):

Your shipping could be sent through next delivery service companies:

Orders made, from Monday to Friday before 15:00h with the payment confirmed:

- Order will be processed and sent before 17:00h on the same day.

Orders made, from Monday to Friday after 15:00h with the payment confirmed:

- Order will be processed and send before 17:00h on the next day.

Orders made during weekend, with the payment confirmed:

- Order will be processed and sent the next workday before 17:00h.

Orders without payment confirmed (bank transfers):

- Orders will be processed and sent next workday before 17:00h, once the payment has been confirmed.

Once the order has been shipped, it will be usually delivered in destiny:

- 48/72h to Spain.
- 2/4 days to Europe.
- About 7 days to other countries.

For orders outside of Europe the customers must pay the shipping costs. These will be calculated about their weight and shipping countries.

Customers also must be advised of the possibility of paying customs duty costs if applicable.

It is customer’s responsibility to be informed about such costs.

You can make an order through our online store or by simply sending us an e-mail.

If your country appears on the list, you must make your order through our website. If it doesn´t, you can contact us by e-mail and we will try to inform you of all of the possible shipping methods that pertain to your country.

It is the customers duty to be informed about any and all customs duties and costs to ship from HLC Distributions to your country.

Confirmation orders:

Once you have made an order, you will be notified with its shipping status.

Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an e-mail with its tracking number, so you will be able to follow each stage of the shipment. Please note that there will be a slight delay with the tracking link after you receive that message, as it has to scanned by transport company first.

Sometimes our e-mails end up in providers´ spam filters. If you can’t find any e-mail in your inbox, please let us know by sending out an e-mail to HLC DIST CONTACT and we will send your order confirmation again.

If you made your purchase as a guest by entering the link above, you will find your last purchase with the same items and personal data so you don’t have to repeat the entire shopping process again.

You will need your Order ID, the name you used to shop, and your e-mail or zip code.

Order confirmation:

Attached to every order you will receive important status updates via e-mail, starting with your order confirmation. As soon as we have checked your order, you will receive an order confirmation.

We will let you know when we have received payment and when your package has been shipped. We will do our best to provide you with the best service from the day you place your order until the day you receive your package. Sometimes our e-mails end up in providers spam filters. If you can’t find any e-mail in your inbox, please let us know by sending a short e-mail to HLC Contact and we will send your order confirmation again.

All formalized orders will be notified to customers with a confirmation e-mail.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a new e-mail with the tracking number. You will be able of seeing your orders’ status with this number.

This number must be used in the provides transport company’s website.

  • As soon as your order is confirmed, we will begin to process it and you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation and information of it’s status.

  • You will be informed when we get the payment and when the parcel is shipped. Our team works hard in giving the best service we can from the beginning to the moment you receive your order.

  • If you can’t find our e-mails in your inbox, please check your spam. If you didn’t receive anything please contact us by explaining the situation briefly to HLC CONTACT and we will send you another order confirmation.

Possible motives to request a free refund (free refund policy)

- The Item is faulty.
- The Item was wrongly described on the website.
- The item is different from the sample you were shown.

You can choose between store credit, an exchange or a refund.

If you request a refund for other reasons, such as:
- Change of mind.
- Made a wrong decision.
- Other reasons

You can only request an exchange or store credit if your product has not been used.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In case of return, only the value of the item/s will be refunded.

You have 30 days to request a refund. Please, retain your online receipt as proof of purchase.
